Price:

Price will be determined after the buyer has decided what they want. Shipping will be estimated after the size of the commission is decided and the location for where it is to be sent is specified.

Payment:

You may pay for commissions through Paypal. In order to pay, please have a balance on your Paypal account or pay through a bank account that is linked to your Paypal account. I will not accept payment otherwise. Payment is expected before shipment.

Shipping:

Shipping will depend on the size of the package and will very. Please specify the type of shipping that you want before payment so that I may add it to the price. Upon shipment, the buyer will receive a tracking number.

Returns:

I do not accept returns. Please be aware that differences in cameras and monitor displays can vary and that, in turn, can affect the appearance of colors. I will not do a refund just because something is not the right color. During the commission process, you will receive numerous pictures and emails to make sure the product is satisfactory before shipment.

Patterns:

Please do not ask me to post patterns. This is how I make a living and can not afford to do that.

Response Times:

You will usually receive a response in a day or less regardless of if you leave a message on deviantArt or if you contact me through email. Please be aware that I don't have any internet access on the weekend. That being said, if you leave a message for me late Friday or any day of the weekend, I will not be able to answer until Monday.
